Supersync ffprobe no such file12/8/2023 Interest in assisting me through my problems. Very difficult to comment on this software though my opinion of it and its support is very low. Needed some way to sync iTunes from one MAC to another, specifically a router wired desktop and a laptop working off that same router wirelessly. Well, found out you cannot sync in that manner which is a huge inconvenience. In order to sync both computers must be wired together. I opened it up and was faced with so many different colored indications that are not clearly labeled and a sync button that doesn't entirely sync the library verbatim. Though I was able to move all my music over from one computer to another, I still can't figure out how to copy my playlists. The music is copied but the playlist count does not match. How to manage playlists is not very clear. You write a letter to this company with questions and it takes days for them to answer. Actually, did get one person to reply to me but had to send him multiple emails to get additional questions answered and sometimes it took nearly a week for a reply. If you send in a question through their support email don't expect a reply for a few days. I wanted to wait a few days and really give this software a better review. Had support been better and more concerned with answering emails sent to them I probably would have given this software a far better rating. However, after buying a 5-pack license and not getting sufficient response to my emails is very discouraging. It's almost like the company knows the software is limited in what it can do and doesn't want to confirm that to the user. I would test drive this thoroughly before considering a purchase.Ī cool application-great if you have several computers in the house and want them to each have a copy of all your music (or a subset, or if you want one master library that's always up to date.) Maybe that isn't the case, but by ignoring emails sent to them it sure comes off that way. SuperSync is cross-platform which is great if you have PC users around. but that also comes with a tradeoff on a less than perfect Mac experience with the UI. The application hasn't crashed yet and the tech support has been responsive. I'm actually using SuperSync instead of iTunes for my main shared library.
